- Delivery occurs within 1 week after receiving payment for the orders.
- If the shipping is late for certain reasons or the merchandise of your order is sold out, we will inform you by e-mail.
- We will ship all the merchandises together when orders are made for more than two items at the same time.

2) EMS: Japanese Postal Service - Domestic Shipping within Japan

- Shipping cost varies depending on the weight (and size) of the merchandise of your order.

- undo3 will only accept returns purchased on store.undo3.net for a refund within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
- We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
- Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
- undo3 will refund the original form of payment.
- We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise (Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited)
- In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, undo3 reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- We cannot accept exchanges
- Footwear returns must be in the original condition – undo3 DOES NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR WORN FOOTWEAR.
- Exceptions: No returns will be accepted on the following items:
- Sale merchandise
- Worn, altered or washed items
- Items with dirt or stain given by the customer
- Items that have expired the period for returns (claim needs to be made within seven days from the date of delivery)
